Blackwell Plastics Extrusion services manufactures custom plastic extruded rod from .050” to 1.25” diameter. Blackwell Plastics Tool Shopbuilds our plastic profile extrusion dies and downstream fixtures in house providing quick turn around and capabilities to make rapid adjustments during set up and first article approval. Our downstream capabilities include water or air cooling, multiple cutting technologies and spooling of plastic extruded rod to large or small reels. We provide plastic extruded rod in most commodity and engineering resins including PP, PE, PC, PVC, POM, and Nylons.
